Is delivery included?
For BH products, delivery is included in the quoted price. For Star Trac and Freemotion products, delivery is a separate cost and you will be provided a delivery quote from your sales representative.
How will my product be shipped?
Products are typically shipped via freight/common carrier.
How are returns handled?
Exchanges are preferred although returns may be accepted by the vendor if the item is: 1) new in the original box and 2) has never been assembled. Items assembled and/or out of the box will not be accepted for return. The customer is responsible for bearing cost of return freight. Should an item need to be returned due to a service or damage issue, please contact 1-800-669-4392, and select option 2. Typically, a service technician will arrive to repair and/or arrange for replacement. Returns for reasons such as buyer's remorse will not be honored.
Are taxes included?
Taxes are not included and will be billed based upon your delivery ZIP code.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please refuse any items upon arrival that are visibly damaged. If your item arrives damaged, notify Sears Commercial Customer Service immediately at 1-800-669-4392.
Are there restocking fees?
A 50% restocking fee will be charged to customers for returns not the error of Sears Commercial.
Does Sears Commercial offer a haul away service of the used/old fitness equipment?
No, this is not an option that is available.
Do you have a buy back program on used fitness equipment?
No, our vendors do no offer a buyback program.
